Matured in a re-fill, sherry seasoned, Hogshead. Aged 13 years, 70cl, 46.7% volNo chill filtration. Natural colour.Nose - Custard tart, porridge oats topped with demerara, Greek yoghurt and honey. Over-ripe apricot notes are also present, with warm brioche. Palate - Malt grist, floral beeswax, light citrus notes, hay, walnut and soft yet bitter oak spice. Finish - Medium to long, drying with the oak spice lingering and a slight acidic yet syrupy sweetness towards the end.
