This limited-edition release is first matured in refill casks before spending six months in ex-Cadillac wine casks from a sustainably farmed, 40-hectare estate in southern Bordeaux. The Cadillac AOC’s oceanic climate, lime-rich gravel soils, and sunlit, south-facing slopes produce exceptionally aromatic sweet wines, qualities that beautifully enhance the whisky’s depth, richness, and character. 70cl | 43% ABV
