
Umeshu is an incredibly moreish Japanese liqueur made by amcerating sweet plums (ume) in the finest Ginjo Sake. It has superb almondy aromas that come from the plum stone kernels while the palate is perfectly balanced bettwen freshness and sweetness. Food Pairing. enjoy with desserts such as fruit cake, mince pies or a classic bakewell tart. Enjoy with a cheese board or simply with vanilla ice cream.
