This wonderfully fragrant grape is happiest when it’s warm. We’ve sourced our Viognier from the Pays d’Oc in southern France, where the hot Mediterranean climate and cooling continental winds help develop its distinctive floral aromatics. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with tapas and fillets of grilled fish.
