This is all dark juicy berries with pronounced blackberry on the palate. Cigar-box and cedar notes compliment the fruits, a result of 24 months in French oak barrels. The acidity is brilliantly fresh, cutting through the ripe fruits and big smooth tannins. A delicious match to slow-cooked oxtail and caramelised onions.
