Light straw in colour with a green edge. Bright, complex flavour with citrus and stone fruit. Notes of hazelnut with a subtle use of oak. Textural, creamy and delicious. Fruit was sourced from a selection of controlled vineyards from Dixons Creek, Yarra Glen and Tarrawarra. Fruit is gently pressed and allowed to settle overnight. Turbid juice is then racked to both French oak casks and stainless tanks. Lees are stirred in the late autumn, a little in winter and then left to rest until the finish
