De Bortoli's Regional Reserve Pinot Noir is an expressive and classical Pinot with perfumed notes of strawberry and dark cherry. On the palate fruits are plump with complementing notes of violets, spice and herbs. Tannins are soft, and there's a great freshness running through the wine, leading to a long, elegant finish. This will pair beautifully with a range of dishes from roast pork, to tuna and salmon, and mushroom risotto.
