
Deep red with purple edge. Ripe dark fruit aromas of blackberry and plum, black pepper. Plump dark fruits, concentrated, gentle tannins, cedar and oak with a soft finish. Fruit is sourced from carefully selected parcels of Shiraz grown on the red volcanic soils of Northern Heathcote. Fruit is harvested at optimum ripeness to achieve a balance of fruit and soft acidity. Grapes are fermented for up to two weeks on skins for maximum integration.
