Fine and persistent bubbles, with a delicate floral aroma on the nose. This Demi Sec Champagne is rich and silky yet fresh, with flavours of apple, marmalade and brioche. Made up predominately of Pinot Meunier, which is the main variety in the Marne Valley and gives maturity and flavour to a wine. The remaining 20% comes from Chardonnay, a variety that brings structure and elegance. Pair with desserts such as fruit tarts, or try with scallops.
