The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is raised for 22 months in barrel without racking or inoculations. This allows the development of the more elegant, and detailed aspects to have a chance to develop and concentrate, and so all of the Pinot Noir is bottled at the same time nearly two years following the harvest.
