50cl, 24% vol Our British version of the classic Negroni cocktail is made using Albury Rosso Vermouth blended with gin produced by Silent Pool Distillers and Sipello, a bittersweet aperitif. All three components are made in the Surrey Hills, less than an hour from London, and the cocktail has been aged in an oak barrel to develop a smoother flavour. Serve over ice with a twist of orange for the perfect pre-dinner cocktail, or add a splash of Albury Estate sparkling wine to enjoy a longer drink.
