Anglesey Distillery

Anglesey Mon Distillery is a fourth-generation family farm in Pentraeth, founded by Dafydd Thomas, producing 100% of its alcohol on-site from fermentation through distillation to bottling, using water from the farm's own glacial spring. The range spans a non-chill-filtered single malt whisky, dry gin, spiced rum, vodka and elderflower gin, all rooted in the character of Ynys Mon.
