Heaven Hill is a multi-generational, family-owned distillery known for producing Elijah Craig, Evan Williams, and the highly praised Heaven Hill Bourbon. Heaven Hill bourbon is renowned for its rich, rye-influenced sweet and spicy character which will pair deliciously with our new make spirit. With these casks, we aim to create a whisky with sweet syrupy richness, creamy caramel, milk chocolate, and toffee notes with layers of white pepper, sandalwood, and orchard fruits. Their casks are some of the first we sourced, and we are so pleased with the results that we continue to order them today.
