This Single Cask release was matured in a Manzanilla hogshead sourced from the coastal warehouses of Miguel Martín at Sanlúcar De Barrameda. Known for its lighter coastal style, Manzanilla is a dry Sherry style which adds freshness and saline character to our whisky. You can anticipate a brighter, more delicate profile compared to a PX or Oloroso maturation. Bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill filtered and without added colouring. This is a limited edition of just 335 bottles. TASTING NOTES COLOUR: Pale Gold NOSE: Crisp green apple, floral notes and toasted almonds. PALATE: Zesty citrus with a gentle nuttiness. FINISH: Fresh and delicate.
