
Tasting notes This cider was made from a rare variety of apple called Binet Rouge, handpicked from a biodiverse 90 year old orchard in Herefordshire’s Golden Valley. The Binet Rouge is one of about 30 apple varieties designated for the making of Calvados apple spirits and is approved for the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée in the region of Normandy.
