
After Andy from Dolphin got in touch with us about a surplus of redcurrants that he'd picked from a local orchard, we knew we could create something special together. it's been a long time coming too, having spent over two years on fruit before packaging! Not ones to rush things, we allowed the beer to evolve and develop some fascinating flavours.
