Dry Hopped Cider - 8%

For this cider we used a blend of Yarlington Mill and Chisel Jersey from the 2023 season aged in Bordeaux barrels for 9 months. We then dry hopped with a combination of Admiral and Ernest from Hukins Hops in Kent. Distinctively aromatic with waves of floral, earthy spice and subtle peach, the hop character melds with the dry, tart cider to create a beguiling drink. Notes of crisp apple, orange wine and fruity hop character tantalise before a crisp finish.
