Our 2018 British Championship bronze award winning single variety cider made form Mrgan Sweet apples – a dual purpose Somerset apple used both in cider making and as an eating apple. These are one of the earliest apples of the season to ripen, so is the first cider made of the year, which has been pastuised and lightly carbonated to give a fruity tasting, refreshing cider.
