A single batch case of 2023 Cockhaisy. We pick the apples from Cockhaise Mill Farm in sight and hearing of the steam trains of the Bluebell railway. Arriving early on a Sunday morning, we set our the picking tubs and pranking poles and wait for our picking day volunteers to join us. We pick all morning and into the afternoon (after a hot sausage lunch (with Cider)).
