A single batch case of 2023 Ugly Dog. A blend of juices pressed from apples harvested from six different orchards. We got back from Quarry Farm with a trailer load of cider apples. We wanted to add a dose to several other batches to give them a tannin boost. First we had to make space in the tanks and all that juice went into one mongrel batch.
