Bimber Distillery is a London craft whisky distillery founded in 2016, dedicated to producing small-batch, traditionally made single malt whisky entirely in the capital. Using Scottish barley malted to the distillery's own specification and a variety of American, European and ex-bourbon casks, Bimber has rapidly established a reputation for quality and transparency, with each limited release eagerly anticipated by London whisky enthusiasts.
