Optimus Brian is back! The beer we created for the man who set up our lovely new brewery, Brian Midgley, has returned. Heavily inspired by Little Creatures Pale Ale, OB is a 4.8% light golden pale ale, with some gentle malt complexity and those classic pineapple, white grape and pine aromas from the staring hop duo; Enigma and Vic Secret. It's a really interesting style that captures the change from Australia's inherited brewing preferences from the countries English immigrants. Australian Pale
