As part of OG Fest in BrewDog bars last year, we asked some of our favourite breweries to rebrew classic collaborations from over the years. One of our absolute favourites is Mad Scientist’s Blackcurrant Trifle. The 2025 edition is an 8.4% Imperial Pastry Sour Ale that’s bursting with berries and has a thick, dessert-like mouthfeel – the perfect after dinner beer.
