Tomodachi, 'Friends' in Japanese is a collaboration with our long time friends, Northern Monk and a newer friend Suguru. Suguru travelled from Japan to get some experience with us at Burnt Mill before making his way up to Northern Monk and working for them. The beer is a Modern British Pale Ale, combining a heritage Yorkshire malt, Halcyon, for some delicious biscuit undertones with a blend of modern and traditional English hops.
