In 2019 we had the pleasure of spending some time with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy. We shared some very special beers and brewed a beer of our own to put to rest in Châteauneuf-du-Pape barrels. The barrels were inoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive.
