A blend using primarily Hereford and Somerset Redstreaks and Vilberie from our 2022 harvest. This medium draught cider has a modest amount of organic sugar to smooth the acidity and modest sweetness in the fully fermented juice. For those who prefer less acidity in their draught cider.
