Vibrant, elegant and refined. Our non-vintage rosé is made up of 85% from the 2019 vintage, and the remainder from a reserve wine kept in a solera system dating back to 2011. The blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 23% Chardonnay and 17% Pinot Meunier. Aged on lees for over 36 months in its secondary fermentation. Candover Brook's rosé is a vivid pink hue with lively aromas of fresh strawberry, cranberry and toasted brioche. On the palate, creamy mouthfeel and a bold mousse are tempered by the wine’s mouth
