ABOUT THIS WINE Awards:Gold Medal, London Wine Competition 2026 This sparkling white wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate in October 2021. It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is pale straw in colour with hints of green and a lively effervescence. This wine has delicate floral, brioche, and almond-like characters on the nose, a creamy palate which is beautifully textured and balanced acidity leading to a long finish. ABV 12% Notes: Als
