Drawing inspiration from the pioneers of West Coast brewing, this collaboration with Black Iris is a tribute to the styles that defined modern craft. We’ve utilised a traditional grist, featuring a significant portion of Munich malt for a biscuity backbone, balanced by a touch of caramalt to provide a delicate sweetness and a classic amber hue. The hop profile is a West Coast dream: Columbus provides a clean, refined bitterness, while Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo bring depth on the hot side.
