This week we've put together the battle of the bitters: UK vs US edition. A ferocious fight between the bitter beauty of US hops Columbus and Simcoe versus the fantastic fruitiness of UK hops Harlequin, Amarillo and Loral. Both are a twist on their respective countries' takes on bitters using one of the oldest yeast strains in the UK from our friends at JW Lees.
