Kyema is a blend of wine barrel-aged beer and our foudre base beer, conditioned for six months in bottle and refermented on 500kg of fresh raspberries. The fruit leads with jammy depth and a gentle sharpness, layered over soft, yoghurt-like acidity and lifted citrus notes. Rounding out with a subtle funk rounds it out. The finished beer is complex, expressive and will slowly evolve over time. Made with time and love at Cloudwater. 7.2% ABV, 375ml
