This Mango Fruit Sour is based on a recipe we made all the way back in 2017! We’ve packed 500kg of mango puree into this ripe and juicy sour, coating every last drop with rich tropical aromas. We’ve left the mango completely unaffected by any other adjuncts, allowing this luscious fruit to shine all on its own.
