The 8th edition of our Imperial Coffee Stout series 'Persistence Is Utile', sees us team up with coffeemasters LOT61 from Amsterdam. We’ve incorporated 40kg of Yunnan Red Sparrow beans, which underwent a thermal shock process, which sees coffee cherries undergo high heat, then immediate cold cooling.
