A very special Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout made in collaboration with our friends at Elmeleven from Malmö in Sweden, with Banana, Coconut, Vanilla and Cinnamon for a dessert-like treat. Utilising our My Continuous Improvement Imperial Stout as a starting point, we aged the base beer in a rum and bourbon cask for 2 years, allowing sweet oak-driven notes to seep into every drop.
