SHADOW | DARK SOUR WITH COFFEE Shadow is a dark sour brewed with a blend of roasted and crystal malts, with a tart acidity and flavours of stewed plums, prunes, and raisins. We used beans from our neighbours, Lincoln Coffee Roasters, to add coffee aroma and a fruity freshness reminiscent of delicately brewed cold coffee.
