Tart / Strawberry / PlumA fun beer we brewed with Scatterlings using their yeast culture and wild yeasts from flowers around Byker. We then aged it on Pinot Noir grape skins from North Yorkshire. Tastes like tart strawberry, juicy plums and rhubarb, re-fermented in can for extra fun fizz. / 4.5%
