Those of you who have followed Eden Mill for a few years will be familiar with our popular range of Cask Aged Gins. We’re delighted to be bringing them back to the portfolio, with a new look and two new expressions - a Sauternes Cask Aged Gin and a Spanish and French Red Wine Cask Aged Gin. The Red Wine Cask Aged Gin has been matured in a combination of French Bordeaux and Spanish Rioja casks, giving our spirit a rounded palate with juicy berry notes and warming undertone of oak spice and stone
