This year's Art of St Andrews release nods to the genesis of Eden Mill. Back then, as a new brewery, we launched our first ever beer - The Clock - made with Brown Crystal malt. Scott always wanted to utilise this flavour profile in his whisky distillation process. So, in 2018, he put Brown Crystal malt spirit into first-fill Bourbon barrels.
