In this hazy and juicy Pale Ale, we used brewery favourite Nelson Sauvin alongside super tropical Riwaka to give this beer a full on NZ hop hit! We fermented it with Pomona yeast to push the stone fruit notes to the fore. Expect flavours and aromas of tropical fruits with a gooseberry and stone fruit undertone in this sessionable beer.
