For this experimental four beer series we teamed up with our good pals and fellow fermentation nerds from Unbarred to ferment an identical wort with four different Lallemand yeast strains. BRY-97 is known for being super clean and neutral. It's suited to hop forward styles where you want minimal yeast esters.
