Experiments in Yeast #3 Farmhouse Saison 4.5% 440ml

For this experimental four beer series we teamed up with our good pals and fellow fermentation nerds from Unbarred to ferment an identical wort with four different Lallemand yeast strains. Farmhouse is a non diastatic hybrid strain which produces Saison-like esters of black pepper, clove and tropical fruit.
