We're really loving these Vermont-style Pale Ales brewed in the classic style with a lick of bitterness rather than being juicy. For this one we used a mix of Columbus, Centennial and Sabro hops hot side then dry hopped with BRU-1 and Ella for a heady blend of citrus and stone fruits, especially orange and pineapple with a hint of peach.
