We joined forces with our friends from Wild Horse Brewing Co to brew this ode to Simcoe, one of our joint favourite hops! We love the piney notes it brings, so designed a classic West Coast-style Pale Ale base onto which we could layer heaps of Simcoe Dynaboost and Cryo hops to sit alongside that trademark deep golden coloured, caramel laden base.
