We teamed up with our new pals Heavy Riff (Saint Louis, MO.) to brew a take on one of their latest recipes. This juicy Pale Ale uses El Dorado and BRU-1 hops for notes of pineapple. We then use pineapple puree and concentrate to push the pineapple to the fore. It'll come flying like a spark, to inflame you.
