Gwilym Ddu is a smooth, dry stout showcasing roasted barley's rich coffee character. Named Gwilym Ddu by 18th Century naturalist Thomas Pennant, Black Guillemots can be found on the rocky outcrops of the North Wales coastline, where they come to breed during the summer months.
