This limited edition bottle of Forest Whisky is one of just 200, entirely fermented, distilled, matured and bottled by Forest Distillery. Crafted from Cheshire barley, wild yeast and pure Peak District spring water, this rare English oak-aged whisky reflects the character of its landscape. Following distillation, the spirit was rested for five years in oak casks, within cool, dark cellars beneath the Cat and Fiddle. Our English oak casks are sourced from a carbon-negative woodland in neighbourin
