Our English Brandy is deliciously aromatic and smooth. It is made from occasional whole-vintage, whole-vineyard harvests in a copper, wood-fuelled still. Our harvest is dependent on the weather here on the margins of wine-growing country; so when we can’t make our full range of wines, we make brandy from the whole harvest.
