This is our first ever Sparkling Pinot Blanc. Pale light colour indicating minimal age for a traditional method sparkling wine. Vivacious mousse with good persistence of bubbles. On the nose, delightfully crisp apple and pear aromas lead to subtle tropical notes of mango and lychee. The front palate of mango gives way to spritzy lychee flavours on the mid to back palate. The fruit flavours are underpinned by a zippy acidity that is well balanced with a good amount of dosage.
