Our 2023 Wine GB Award Gold Medal winning Non Vintage Cuvee was bottled in 2019 using a combination of reserve wines mostly from our 2017 and 2018 harvests. It has a very clean and delicate mousse with vibrant apples and citrus fruit flavours. The reserve wine addition gives the wine a generous and well rounded texture which reminds us of crumpets with butter.
