The best of both worlds! We brew Cold Snap with a simple malt base and classic lager hops, then use traditional ale-brewing methods to blend the two styles. It’s hoppier than a lager, but crisper than a pale ale. No matter what you call Cold Snap, it does happen to be rather tasty.
